- This is just one more in a long line of reasons and excuses why Clarence Thomas is the worst Justice in US history. It was clear back when he was confirmed by- what 1 or 2 votes-- and continues all these years later. Such a disappointment to our country.

- This ruling is no surprise. Mattel is entitled to what their employee did while on Mattel's payroll. What that designer (who was hired and being paid to design) did is tantamount to theft and it cost Mattel dearly.
